Xaihi does not read like a support unit at first. She is a 5★ Supporter, a Sarkaz, and a member of the Cabal of Tranquility who was seconded to Endfield Industries to help build the Dijiang Protorig Network. She also happens to be the only Cryo Supporter in our 31-operator database, which makes her the obvious cold-element support if you are assembling a Cryo team. This page collects what our files actually record about her kit, her weapon class and her story, and marks the places where the data runs out.

The stat block is not the interesting part. What stands out is how narrow her niche is: one of four Supporters in the roster, the only one who carries Cryo, and one of seven operators who use Arts Units. The Cryo/Supporter overlap and the shared Arts Unit pool decide most of her team-building value.
What her kit says
All four of Xaihi's skill slots carry the Cryst tag, the game's internal name for Cryo. Her normal attack, Normal Skill, Combo Skill and Ultimate share one element, so there is no physical-to-elemental pivot to plan around, unlike Rossi whose Ultimate is the only part of her kit that turns elemental.
Her class is Supporter, and her attribute pair reads like a support unit's: Ultimate Gain Efficiency as the main attribute and Combo Skill Cooldown Reduction as the sub attribute. In plain terms, the labels point at more frequent Ultimates and a Combo Skill that comes back sooner. That is a rotation-support profile rather than a damage profile, which is what you would expect from a Supporter carrying a Cryo kit.
Those two names are the labels the game's display tables put on her slots. We do not print percentage values for them, because our mapping from the internal attribute ids to verified numeric rolls is still incomplete. The direction is safe to use; the number is not in our files.
Her integrated physical examination is equally restrained: Physiological Strength Normal, Combat Skill Standard, Tactical Acumen Standard, Originium Arts Assimilation Excellent. The one Excellent rating sits exactly where a caster-leaning Supporter would want it. Her character page holds the five break stages from level 20 to 99, along with her skill icons and every record quoted below.
Who shares her weapon class
Arts Units are a small, strange club. Seven operators use them, and the list covers three classes and three elements:
| Operator | Rarity | Class | Element |
|---|---|---|---|
| Arcane | 6★ | Caster | Nature |
| Ardelia | 6★ | Supporter | Nature |
| Gilberta | 6★ | Supporter | Nature |
| Zhuang Fangyi | 6★ | Striker | Electric |
| Perlica | 5★ | Caster | Electric |
| Xaihi | 5★ | Supporter | Cryo |
| Antal | 4★ | Supporter | Electric |
The useful part is the last row: Xaihi is the only Cryo operator in it. Every other Arts Unit user is Nature or Electric. If you want a Cryo support holding an Arts Unit, there is no alternative in the database, and if you are choosing which Arts Unit to level, the pool is shared with two 6★ Supporters, a 6★ Striker, a 6★ Caster, a 5★ Caster and a 4★ Supporter.
The Cryo roster, and the gap Xaihi fills
Seven operators in our database carry Cryo. Only one of them is a Supporter:
| Operator | Rarity | Class | Element |
|---|---|---|---|
| Last Rite | 6★ | Striker | Cryo |
| Tangtang | 6★ | Caster | Cryo |
| Yvonne | 6★ | Striker | Cryo |
| Alesh | 5★ | Vanguard | Cryo |
| Snowshine | 5★ | Defender | Cryo |
| Xaihi | 5★ | Supporter | Cryo |
| Estella | 4★ | Guard | Cryo |
That is the whole argument for Xaihi in a Cryo team. The element has two Strikers, a Caster, a Defender, a Vanguard and a Guard, but no second support option. If your team wants Cryo application plus support utility from the same slot, she is the only entry.
The four Supporters in the roster make the trade-off clearer:
| Operator | Rarity | Class | Element |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ardelia | 6★ | Supporter | Nature |
| Gilberta | 6★ | Supporter | Nature |
| Xaihi | 5★ | Supporter | Cryo |
| Antal | 4★ | Supporter | Electric |
Gilberta and Ardelia are 6★ Nature supporters, Antal is a 4★ Electric supporter, and Xaihi is the 5★ Cryo option. She is not the rarity pick of that group, but she is the element pick.
Arts Unit weapons: the full pool
A naming note before the table, because Endfield uses two vocabularies. Official announcements call this class an Arts Unit. Our weapon files call it a Wand, and the item ids use wpn_funnel. Same weapons, three labels. For how the other four classes map, the weapons guide has the full conversion table.
| Rarity | Arts Unit |
|---|---|
| 6★ | Chivalric Virtues |
| 6★ | Delivery Guaranteed |
| 6★ | Detonation Unit |
| 6★ | Dreams of the Starry Beach |
| 6★ | Flickers in the Mist |
| 6★ | Junction Point † |
| 6★ | Lone Barge |
| 6★ | Oblivion |
| 6★ | Opus: Etch Figure |
| 6★ | Type 42: Solemn Phalanx † |
| 5★ | Freedom to Proselytize |
| 5★ | Monaihe |
| 5★ | OBJ Arts Identifier |
| 5★ | Stanza of Memorials |
| 5★ | Wild Wanderer |
| 4★ | Fluorescent Roc |
| 4★ | Hypernova Auto |
| 3★ | Jiminy 12 |
† Type 42: Solemn Phalanx and Junction Point were added in the 1.4 Homecoming update. They exist in our item index but not yet in the weapon table, so their links go to item pages and their lore is not indexed. Counts above come from the item index: ten 6★, five 5★, two 4★ and one 3★, eighteen Arts Units in total.
Every Arts Unit operator starts with the same 3★ weapon, Jiminy 12. That is not a Xaihi quirk; all seven default to the same id in our files, which is the cleanest confirmation that the class pool really is shared.
If you are picking something better for her, the 6★ end of the pool is where the choice matters. Three of those weapons have a confirmed Arsenal Issue rate-up in the announcements we hold: Lone Barge headlined the [Drifting Raft Issue], Delivery Guaranteed headlined the [Express Delivery Issue], and Type 42: Solemn Phalanx headlined the [Military Grade Issue]. The rest either sit in issue pools without the rate-up slot or are not recorded in any issue we hold. Below 6★, the five 5★ Arts Units are Freedom to Proselytize, Monaihe, OBJ Arts Identifier, Stanza of Memorials and Wild Wanderer.
Our weapon files carry name, rarity, class, icon and lore. They do not carry ATK, refinement levels or growth curves, so this page will not print damage numbers. Weapon skill descriptions are also unmapped. Treat the table as a shopping list, not a tier list.
One more absence worth stating: there is no signature-weapon field for any operator in our data. The only weapon bound to Xaihi is the default starter, Jiminy 12. If she has a bespoke Arts Unit in game, it is not in our files and this page will not invent one.
Gear: what the data can and cannot support
Our equipment database holds 243 pieces across body, hands and universal slots, but it does not link gear sets to operators. That means there is no honest way to name a "Xaihi set" from our files. What we can say is directional: her main and sub attributes both concern Ultimate and Combo Skill uptime, so pieces that roll Ultimate Gain Efficiency or Combo Skill Cooldown Reduction are the natural place to look, followed by Cryo-flavoured offensive stats if you plan to use her damage rather than only her utility.
The gear sets and artificing guide covers slots, tiers and Artificing progress, and the set index lists every set in the database. We deliberately do not translate "this set shares a theme with this operator" into "this is her set".
Who Xaihi is: the visitor in the server room
Her HR summary is written by Martin Marvin Malen, an assistant in the HR Division, and it is less a personnel report than a record of one awkward conversation. Xaihi asked, repeatedly, how the linguistics converter turned sentience logic signals into digital code that the voice generator could speak. When asked to return to the interview, she suggested installing a duplicate set of those components in her own body, on the grounds that it would stop her from "suddenly voicing bursts of esoteric verbiage". Malen pointed out that her cerebrum was better at language than any machine, and she smiled. The summary closes on the one detail that matters for the rest of her file: she is introverted, which is not what the Cabal of Tranquility is known for.
The Cabal's openness is not the only thing she does differently. FILE 1 describes visiting her after hours as a filtration process. You take the TP Point next to the Central Ring, walk the living-quarters corridors while avoiding crowds, turn into a narrow lane, find an unassuming cabin whose door sits almost flush with the wall, and press the third wall panel to reveal a dial. Inside is a seat in the blue light of a dozen monitors, a narrow bed with folded blankets, and nothing else. Other operators call the place "One of the Egresses of the Assimilated Universe". Xaihi opens the door, bows, says the Law predicted your arrival, disappears into the alcove, and returns with the handheld terminal you applied for through the Endfield Office Administration System.
The Domus Collapse, and the letter that kept her at Endfield
FILE 3 holds two documents that explain why a Cabalist is working on an airship. The first is a newspaper cutting from the Cabal's internal periodical, and it reports a disaster with the flat cheer of a parish newsletter: Sister Séraphine redrew the Cathedralis Domus of Codes, the redrawing resonated with the monastery's dataflows, and the Great Monastery Network collapsed for 0.836 seconds. Cabalists more than two hundred kilometres away felt it. The correspondent found her with her head buried in a server cabinet, temporarily cut off from the outside world. Abbess Vronta and three Cabal leaders convened an emergency meeting, and the verdict was deferred to the next Session of Exceptions.
The second document is Vronta's recommendation letter to Supervisor Perlica. It is a guardian's account of watching a child who loved libraries grow into what she calls a "Frost of Wisdom", and it is honest about the cost. Vronta writes that Xaihi found a path through the Cabal's vault of data without being led into arrogance, and that the intellect left sorrow in her eyes instead. She also mentions "quite an incident" on par with an earlier attempt at system optimisation, then asks Endfield to keep her: the Cabal is rooted in the past, and Xaihi is better suited to a future that is "too delicate, tender, and far away".
FILE 4 is her own writing, and it is the bleakest thing in the file. Four years aboard, repairs slow but effective, and a preference for a dark, cold cabin where the rhythms of machines are comforting and her actions cannot cause trouble for anyone else. She describes sharing fragmented conversations with data residues in the Originium Network: ruins of splendorous majesty, the lamentations of Sarkaz erased from existence, the bleeding of rebellion and subservience. Then the experiences stop, and the silence frightens her. She keeps calculating and repairing, hoping the Network will speak again.
The diary ends with the arrival of the Endministrator. Chen Qianyu introduces the black-haired, black-masked figure who had been hibernating in the medical bay, and Xaihi feels a cacophony of joy, laughter and tears shake her material form. Her conclusion is the best line in the file: "This entity is the answer, but I have not prepared my questions."
What other operators say
| Operator | What they say about Xaihi |
|---|---|
| Perlica | Calls her a calm and reliable operator who treats her work with faith and her beliefs professionally. Notes that Xaihi arrived four years ago as a visiting scholar and started repairing Dijiang almost immediately, before anyone had given her a job. |
| Arclight | Admits their thinking works completely differently, then repeats the line that stuck with her for a day: “People reside in their respective languages.” |
| Chen Qianyu | Is delighted that Arclight and Xaihi can hold a conversation at all, and says Xaihi talks to everyone without making it sound like she is only talking about herself. |
| Antal | Shares her interest in Originium devices but insists her knowledge of servers and electronic systems is far beyond his. Also wants to know why she chose to bunk in the server room. Reports that she is very good at Sudoku. |
| Ember | Two sentences, and the strangest entry in the file: “Her hands are cold. She said redemption is cold. I shall live with this fact.” |
| Ardelia | Her own file records Xaihi bowing to an empty space and apologising for stepping on a “noble invisible being”. |
| Tangtang | Her records contain the aftermath of a vending machine alarm that left Xaihi fishing a stuck “Tangtang Cert” out of the coin slot. |
People keep arriving at the same conclusion from different directions. They find her distant, then find her easy to talk to. Ardelia gets an apology for stepping on nothing. Antal gets a Sudoku rival and a reason to complain about the server room. Ember gets two sentences that read like a riddle. None of them describe a normal colleague, and all of them keep talking to her.
Voice actors
| Language | Voice actor |
|---|---|
| English | Elsie Lovelock |
| Chinese | Pan Danni |
| Japanese | Miyamoto Yume |
| Korean | Jang Ye-na |
Elsie Lovelock voices her in English, with Pan Danni, Miyamoto Yume and Jang Ye-na handling Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The full roster, including the one actor who covers two languages, is in our voice actor cast list, and every operator's lines are indexed on the voices page.
Availability: what our archive can and cannot prove
We searched all 145 announcements in our news archive, through October 19, 2026, for her name. No banner post lists Xaihi as a rate-up operator or names her in a 6★ pool. That is a fact about our archive, not about the game. Every banner announcement we hold lists only its 6★ pool, so a 5★ operator can be available without appearing in that text at all. Our files therefore cannot reconstruct her banner history, and this page will not guess at it.
What we can say is that she is not part of the current [Rejuvenation] 6★ lineup, which runs Si, Typhoeus, Liino, Ember, Lifeng, Ardelia, Last Rite and Pogranichnik. For what is live now, use the banner schedule; for pull accounting, the headhunting tracker.
