Twenty-three stage records in our database carry the category Boss Rush. They are boss fights, and nearly everyone arrives at them by typing a boss name into search: Blitzcrash Blightshade, Alleikhreos, Nefarith. What a stage page does not tell you is where a fight sits in the ladder, what level it asks for, or which version put the boss in the game. This page covers all 23, using the stage and enemy records in EndfieldDex.
The category name is ours. The mode names are the game’s
Boss Rush is the label carried by the game files and by our stage table. The official notes never use it. They use [RE-Crisis] for the boss fights and [Crisis Fragment] for the fragment stages. The second is spelled out in the [Sketches of Lost Heirlooms] version notes (June 5, 2026): a new permanent mode, [Crisis Fragment], unlocked through the side mission [Deep Vaulted Steel], with a combat stage named [Crisis Fragment: Craghowler]. Our data files that same stage as Fragment Reflection: Craghowler.
That gives a reliable split. Records whose stage name starts with Fragment belong to Crisis Fragment. Records whose name starts with Crisis and ends with a boss belong to RE-Crisis. The words in the middle (Reflection, Extension, Calamity, Pandemonium) appear only in the stage records, so read them as data labels rather than confirmed menu text. RE-Crisis itself is named twice in the notes: the March 12, 2026 update gives Protocol Spaces tied to [RE-Crisis] their own full-HP, full-energy entry state, and the April 13 DEV Comm adds a clear timer for boss fights inside it.
Two families at a glance
| Family | Stages | Bosses | Levels | Region | Official name |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RE-Crisis | 19 | 6 | Lv 40 to 90 | Valley IV (10), Wuling (9) | [RE-Crisis] |
| Crisis Fragment | 4 | 2 | Lv 75 and 90 | Wuling (4) | [Crisis Fragment] |
Stage counts above come from the 23 records whose category is Boss Rush. Nine of the 19 RE-Crisis stages sit in Wuling; the Valley IV group has 10.
The ladder: four tiers, then two
Every boss runs its own short ladder, and the tiers always arrive in the same order. Rhodagn climbs Lv 40, 60, 80, 90 across four stages. Triaggelos and Marble Aggelomoirai run Lv 60, 80, 90. The three Wuling bosses run Lv 70, 80, 90. The two fragment fights run Lv 75, 90 and skip Calamity entirely. Rhodagn is the only boss with a fourth step, Pandemonium at Lv 90, so he ends up with two max-level fights instead of one.
| Tier | Family | Levels | Stages | Bosses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reflection | Crisis / Fragment | Lv 40, Lv 60, Lv 70, Lv 75 | 8 | 8 |
| Extension | Crisis / Fragment | Lv 60, Lv 80, Lv 90 | 8 | 8 |
| Calamity | Crisis | Lv 80, Lv 90 | 6 | 6 |
| Pandemonium | Crisis | Lv 90 | 1 | 1 |
Reflection is where a boss is introduced and where the level gate is lowest. Rhodagn opens at Lv 40, the only fight in the set below Lv 60. Everything in Wuling starts at Lv 70 or above.
Every Boss Rush stage
Ordered by boss, then by tier. Each stage name links to its record; the level column is the recommended level field in the data.

Valley IV: Rhodagn, Triaggelos, Marble Aggelomoirai
Rhodagn is the one to know first. His file calls him the right fist of Nefarith and the most feared Bonekrusher soldier of the clan, the fighter who crushed every Landbreaker who challenged her leadership. He is also the only boss here with four stages, and the stage flavour text tracks the escalation from a dying haze to open wrath:
- Crisis Reflection (Lv 40): “His hazefyre has yet to dissipate.”
- Crisis Extension (Lv 60): “His fiery fury never dies.”
- Crisis Calamity (Lv 80): “His hatred shall harden into wrath.”
- Crisis Pandemonium (Lv 90): “His path shall be made manifest.”
Triaggelos is filed as an Aggelos on the basis of how it forms, not on any prior record. The enemy entry notes that changes to its halo may reflect an ability to make tactical decisions, and that Ankhor-like properties have been detected in it. Three stages, Lv 60, 80 and 90.
Marble Aggelomoirai is the odd one in the data: two enemy records share the name, one calling the entity unstable despite high core energy readings, the other noting that its morphic modules were reassembled. Both descriptions say it continues to mimic Nefarith’s appearance, and neither explains why. Its three stages run Lv 60, 80 and 90.
Wuling: Ruan Yi, Nefarith, Alleikhreos
Ruan Yi holds his anger for years in the enemy record, then lets it out the moment an opportunity appears. The name is worth a second look for anyone who has read the operator files: Tangtang’s records name a foster brother called Ruan Yi. The stage and enemy records say nothing about that connection, and we are not asserting it here. His three fights are Lv 70, 80 and 90.
Nefarith arrives as two enemy records, “Bonekrusher” and “Conqueror”, the second described as her inner perception of herself. Both were listed as new enemies in the [At the Wake of Spring] notes (April 17, 2026). The three Wuling stages run Lv 70, 80 and 90.
Alleikhreos, Chiliarch is a creation of the Foundation and a veteran of many battles, and his entry says he roamed the Ætherside until he recovered his lost sword and tore open a moment to return. That sword is the part people search for. Our weapon database has no entry under his name, so the only thing we can point at is the line in his file. Stages at Lv 70, 80 and 90.
Crisis Fragment: four stages, two beasts
The fragment family only has two bosses, and both are Lv 75 / 90 fights in Wuling. Craghowler is the unlock: the June 5 notes tie the mode to the side mission [Deep Vaulted Steel] and name the stage [Crisis Fragment: Craghowler]. Its enemy record describes craghowlers as the dominant members of rockhowler communities, animals that fight each other until one champion emerges, which is a fair description of the fight itself.
Blitzcrash Blightshade has the better story. It is a manifestation of residual Æther energy wearing Blitzcrash’s shape, a beast raised at Tanjian Hall that used to be Li Zhiyan’s best friend; what is left keeps only the instinct to attack. If you want the operator side of that relationship, the Arcane build guide covers her file. Both fragment fights sit at Lv 75 and Lv 90, and there is no Calamity tier. The other seven blightshades that arrived with it have their own page: all eight Æther variants.
Which version added each boss
The version notes name enemies rather than modes, so the cleanest way to date a fight is to date the boss.
| Boss | Earliest evidence | Date | Reads as |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nefarith | [New Enemies] in [At the Wake of Spring] notes | 2026-04-17 | Added with the version |
| Craghowler | [New Enemies] in [Sketches of Lost Heirlooms] notes, plus the [Crisis Fragment] mode | 2026-06-05 | Added with the mode |
| Blitzcrash Blightshade | [New Enemies] in [Homecoming] notes | 2026-07-16 | Added with the version |
| Alleikhreos, Chiliarch | [New Enemies] in [Homecoming] notes | 2026-07-16 | Added with the version |
| Rhodagn | Bug-fix line in [Old Deep Water Dies] notes | 2026-03-12 | Existed before this date |
| Triaggelos | No version-note coverage | — | Undated |
| Marble Aggelomoirai | No version-note coverage | — | Undated |
| Ruan Yi | No version-note coverage | — | Undated |
Three bosses have no dated introduction in our archive. That is a limit of the archive, not evidence that they were in the game from launch. Rhodagn is the opposite case: his only mention is a fix for him getting stuck in combat, which proves he existed by March 12 but says nothing about when he arrived.
What the records do not include
- Stamina shows 0 for all 23 stages. That is an unpopulated field, not a free entry. Treat the cost as unknown.
- No rewards data. No first-clear payout, no Oroberyl figure, no drop table. The stage pages do not display one either.
- No enemy lineups. The records give the boss, not the adds or the wave order.
- No unlock conditions for RE-Crisis. Only Crisis Fragment has a documented unlock, the [Deep Vaulted Steel] side mission.
- No stage-to-region field. Valley IV and Wuling above are read from the id prefix, which is a convention in the files, not a labelled field.
- No boss stats. The enemy records carry a description and nothing else. Every entry reports no danger flag and rarity 0, so ignore those columns.
Where this sits next to the other endgame modes
Boss Rush is the short-format challenge: one boss, one room, a level gate. The Season Tower guide covers the seasonal ladder, currently 24 stages across Normal, Hard and Brutal. The Delver of the Cryptic guide covers the 21 puzzle stages, which share the Protocol Space framing but none of the combat. If what you want is the rotating high-end contract mode instead, that is the Contingency Contract guide. For materials rather than fights, the enemy drops guide maps the 32 gatherable materials to their families.
No. It is the category label in the game files and in our stage table. The official notes call the boss fights [RE-Crisis] and the fragment stages [Crisis Fragment].
By level gate, Crisis Pandemonium: Rhodagn at Lv 90 is the only fourth-tier fight. Five other bosses top out at Crisis Calamity Lv 90, and the two fragment bosses stop at Lv 90 Extension.
Both, depending on where you meet it. The Blightshade appears as a Wuling field enemy and as a Lv 75 / 90 Crisis Fragment boss, and the fragment version is the one that sits in this stage list.
Because the records do not carry one. All 23 stages report 0, which we read as missing data rather than a zero cost.
