The second 6★ operator from [Sanctuary of Ink] gets her own Chartered Headhunting banner on Nov. 5, 2026. [The Hearth Fire Beckons the Starry Flow] opens at 12:00 server time, one minute after [Rejuvenation] closes at 11:59, and features Argent Flow. Her weapon banner is [Moongleam Issue], with Lunar Calling (Sword) as the rate-up 6★.
What follows is taken from the Nov. 4 banner and LTO notices and from the [Sanctuary of Ink] update notes: the window, the pool, the rotation rule, the pull rewards, the Arsenal Ticket values, the companion events and the weapon list. The section on data gaps covers what our data files still cannot answer, since Argent Flow is not in them.
The banner at a glance
- Banner: [The Hearth Fire Beckons the Starry Flow] Chartered Headhunting
- Rate-up: 6★ operator Argent Flow
- Window: Nov. 5, 2026 at 12:00 (server time) until the version update and maintenance
- Unlock: complete the main mission [Chapter I Process I: Break the Siege]
- Currency: [The Stars Are With Me HH Permit], [Chartered HH Permit] or Oroberyls
- Pool: eight 6★ operators, listed in the table below
- Weapon banner: [Moongleam Issue], rate-up Lunar Calling (Sword)
It opens on a date and closes on an event
The start is fixed: Nov. 5 at noon. The end is written as "before version update and maintenance" in both the banner notice and the update notes. There is no closing date, because the banner runs until the next patch's downtime begins.
That is worth planning around. [Rejuvenation], the banner before it, carried an explicit end of Nov. 5 at 11:59, and [The Stars Are With Me] is dated the same way, so the one fixed point on the calendar is the handoff itself. Our news archive holds every announcement up to 2026-11-04, and no pre-download or maintenance notice for the next version appears in it yet. If you are saving Oroberyls, the date to watch is the pre-download notice, not this page.
Eight 6★ in the pool, three with a banner to their name
The notice lists the full pool: Argent Flow, Si, Typhoeus, Ember, Lifeng, Ardelia, Last Rite and Pogranichnik. We checked all 152 notices in the archive, which run back to 2023-12-08, for the phrase that marks a rate-up. Twelve operators have ever headlined a Chartered banner, and three of them sit in this pool.
| # | 6★ operator in the pool | Has headlined a Chartered banner | Banner and window |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Argent Flow (no operator page yet) | Yes | This banner, from Nov. 5, 2026 |
| 2 | Si (no operator page yet) | Yes | [Rejuvenation], Oct. 15 – Nov. 5, 2026 |
| 3 | Typhoeus (no operator page yet) | Yes | [Winter Hunt], September 2026 |
| 4 | Ember | No | In all 16 printed pool lists, never the rate-up |
| 5 | Lifeng | No | In all 16 printed pool lists, never the rate-up |
| 6 | Ardelia | No | In all 16 printed pool lists, never the rate-up |
| 7 | Last Rite | No | In all 16 printed pool lists, never the rate-up |
| 8 | Pogranichnik | No | In all 16 printed pool lists, never the rate-up |
Five of the eight have never been the rate-up in any Chartered banner we have on file. All five appear in all 16 pool lists the notices print, so they are regulars rather than filler for this banner alone. That tells you what a pull here can produce beyond Argent Flow.
Si is the interesting case. Her own banner closes at 11:59 and she is listed in the pool that opens a minute later. The printed rule covers that: the rate-up tag is removed after three Chartered banners, not as soon as the banner ends.
The rotation rule, in the notice's words
"The Rate-UP 6★ operator featured in a [Chartered Headhunting] banner will be, after 3 [Chartered Headhunting] banners, removed from the list of operators that may appear in [Chartered Headhunting]. This Rate-UP 6★ operator will also not be added to [Basic Headhunting]."
Two consequences follow. A rate-up 6★ is not lost to the Basic pool after her window, so the only way to target her again is another Chartered banner while she is still inside the three-banner count. And the pool changes shape every banner as operators enter and leave, which is why the list in the notice is worth reading rather than assumed.
Pull rewards at 30, 60 and 240
| Attempts | Reward | Fine print |
|---|---|---|
| 30 | Urgent Recruitment ×10 | A free 10-pull with the banner's own rates and a guaranteed 5★ or better. It does not count toward the 60 or 240 totals, and it adds nothing to the guarantee counter. |
| 60 | Headhunting Dossier ×1 | When the next Chartered banner opens, the Dossier turns into 10 HH Permits for that banner. Those Permits expire when that banner ends. |
| 240 | Token of the rate-up 6★ ×1 | Awarded for every 240 attempts in the banner, so a second copy needs another 240. Tokens are per operator, not shared. |
The 30-pull reward is the one people misread. A batch of ten Urgent Recruitment pulls with a 5★ guarantee sounds like progress toward the pity counter, and the notice says it is not: those pulls sit outside the guarantee and outside the reward totals. The 60-pull Dossier is a forward credit, not a discount on this banner, and it only becomes usable when the next Chartered banner opens. The 240 token is repeatable within the banner, at 240 and again at 480.
What each pull is worth in Arsenal Tickets
| Pull result | Arsenal Tickets |
|---|---|
| 6★ operator | 2,000 |
| 5★ operator | 200 |
| 4★ operator | 20 |
Every operator pull feeds the Arsenal Exchange as well. Tickets are spent at the Acquisition Center, and the weapon banner [Moongleam Issue] is paid for with Arsenal Tickets rather than Oroberyls: one issue gives ten random weapons with at least one 5★ or better. Our LTO weapon banner guide covers how that ladder resets between banners.
Companion events: sign-in, drills, and a side mission
| Event | Window | What it gives |
|---|---|---|
| [The Stars Are With Me] | Sign-in, 7 days total | 5 HH Permits. The same Permit is also sold at a discount in the AIC Quota Exchange, up to 5 more. |
| [Combat Drills] | Runs with the banner | Trial Argent Flow in a preset team. Clear the stage for Oroberyl ×100, an Arsenal Defense Crate and Mark of Perseverance. The crate holds a fully artificed Lv.60 gear set. |
| [Back to the Rustics] | Nov. 5, 12:00 – before the version update | Argent Flow narrative event. 600 Oroberyl and an Elementary Cognitive Carrier. The side mission stays playable from the Mission list after the event page closes. |
The sign-in Permit and the Quota Exchange Permit are the same item, so a full seven-day streak plus five bought at a discount adds up to ten pulls on this banner without touching Oroberyls. The Combat Drills crate is a shortcut rather than a reward to save: it arrives fully artificed at Lv.60, which makes it a try-out set for Argent Flow rather than a replacement for a set you have built. If you want to know what a fully artificed set looks like before spending on one, our gear set guide has the tiers.
[Moongleam Issue]: a sword rate-up in a three-sword pool
The weapon banner is unlike the operator one in composition. Seven 6★ weapons can drop, and three of them are Swords. Lunar Calling is the rate-up, and it is new in [Sanctuary of Ink]: the update notes list it among the patch's four new 6★ weapons.
| Weapon | Type in the notice | Type in weapons.json |
|---|---|---|
| Lunar Calling | Sword | not in weapons.json |
| Thermite Cutter | Sword | Sword |
| White Night Nova | Sword | Sword |
| Valiant | Polearm | Lance |
| Oblivion | Arts Unit | Wand |
| Clannibal | Handcannon | Pistol |
| Exemplar | Greatsword | Claymores |
The official weapon names and the names in our data need a translation step. A Polearm in the notice is a Lance in the weapon data, an Arts Unit is a Wand, a Handcannon is a Pistol, and a Greatsword is a Claymores entry. The mapping holds for all six pool weapons the file has, and it matters when you look a weapon up here by its in-game type.
What the data files do not have
Argent Flow has no page in characters.json. The file holds 31 records for 29 operators, and neither she nor Si appears in it, which means there is no class, element, rarity, stat line or skill list to report from data. Any build advice for her right now would be guesswork, so this article does not offer one. The operator list explains how the 29 in the file relate to the 32 operators the notices name.
weapons.json holds 72 weapons and stops before [Sanctuary of Ink]: none of the four 6★ weapons the patch added (Jade Vessel, Lunar Calling, Long Heritage, Complexed Industry) is in it. Six of the seven weapons in the [Moongleam Issue] pool are there, and Lunar Calling is the one missing, so its base ATK and substat cannot be quoted from data either.
Drop rates, the guarantee counter's starting value and Oroberyl pricing do not appear in any data file we have. The notices describe the reward tracks but not the odds, so this page makes no claim about expected cost per copy.
