Who she is in the story

Her in-game records describe Zhuang Fangyi as the Viceroy of the Wuling Scientific Developmental District and the Tianshi in charge of the Novel Xiranite-based Materials Project. Upon recommendation from the Hongshan Academy of Sciences, she entered into cooperation with Endfield Industries to conduct rift-related research. Her file notes an Outstanding Originium Arts assimilation rating and Excellent tactical acumen, with oripathy negative based on medical examination reports.

FILE 3 of her records recounts the Wuling Science Station incident: entrusted with managing several temporary shelters, she quickly established a strong defense line between the disaster site and the safe zone, and her performance led HAS to entrust her with rebuilding the Wuling Science Station — work that saw her immerse herself completely in Xiranite research. [Thunder of Renewal] Chartered Headhunting (her rate-up) ran from the [At the Wake of Spring] release on April 17, 2026 to May 22, 2026 at 11:59 (server time), with a 6★ pool of Zhuang Fangyi / Rossi / Tangtang / Ember / Lifeng / Ardelia / Last Rite / Pogranichnik. It was supported by the [Blitz of Verdance] sign-in event (up to [Blitz of Verdance HH Permit]×5), a discounted permit in the AIC Quota Exchange, and a Combat Drills trial stage where you could test her with a preset team. Like every Chartered banner, it carried the standard pull rewards: 30 attempts grant 10 bonus Urgent Recruitment attempts, 60 attempts grant a Headhunting Dossier, and every 240 attempts grant a Token of the rate-up operator. Per the official rotation rule: "The Rate-UP 6★ operator featured in a [Chartered Headhunting] banner will be, after 3 [Chartered Headhunting] banners, removed from the list of operators that may appear in [Chartered Headhunting]," and this operator is also not added to Basic Headhunting.

The current [Good Morning from Your Dawnstar] banner (Liino, live since August 9, 2026) confirms the trend: its announced 6★ pool is Liino / Arcane / Camille / Ember / Lifeng / Ardelia / Last Rite / Pogranichnik — Zhuang Fangyi is not in it. As of August 30, 2026, no official announcement has listed a Zhuang Fangyi rerun; the next version, [Dreamscape of Wind and Snow] (official DEV Comm on August 22, 2026), focuses on AIC factory and quality-of-life improvements and debuts the new RE-Factor Headhunting with 6★ Yvonne — no operator reruns are mentioned.
