The [Bedazzling Dawnstar] sign-in event runs alongside the banner (Aug 9 – next version update): sign in for a total of 7 days to earn up to [Bedazzling Dawnstar HH Permit] ×5. You can also exchange up to ×5 more at a discount in the AIC Quota Exchange. A Combat Drills operator trial lets you test Liino with a preset team — complete the stage and claim the rewards from the Event Center. How the Chartered 6★ pool rotates

The official Chartered Headhunting rule, stated in the official banner announcements, is that a rate-up 6★ operator will be removed from the Chartered Headhunting pool after 3 Chartered Headhunting banners, and will not be added to Basic Headhunting. The rotation is visible in the pools of the last four announced banners:

Mi Fu (rate-up in June) and Zhuang Fangyi have since rotated out of the pool, while Arcane and Camille remain. The practical takeaway: Liino will leave the Chartered pool after roughly three banners, and there is no announced path to obtain her outside Chartered Headhunting — so the current banner is the reliable window to pull for her. The same rule applied to every previous rate-up 6★.

Pull rewards & the guarantee structure

Chartered Headhunting banners share a reward structure detailed in official announcements (the same thresholds appeared in the [Expunger of Sin] and [North Yearns the Rift Vigile] notices):

  • Urgent Recruitment (30 pulls): 10 bonus Urgent Recruitment attempts — effectively one free 10× pull at the banner's base rates, and that free 10× guarantees a 5★ or better operator. It is only valid during the current banner and does not count toward the banner's guarantees or reward totals.
  • Headhunting Dossier (60 pulls): 1 Dossier, sent to your Valuables Stash, which converts into Special HH Permit ×10 for the next Chartered Headhunting banner when it starts (those permits expire when that banner ends).
  • Token Tribute (every 240 pulls): a [Token of the Rate-UP 6★ operator of the banner] ×1.
  • Arsenal Tickets: every headhunting attempt grants Arsenal Tickets (6★ = 2000, 5★ = 200, 4★ = 20), spendable in the Arsenal Exchange.

Companion LTO: [Bedazzled Issue]

Alongside the operator banner, the [Bedazzled Issue] LTO weapon banner features the 6★ weapon Bedazzling Night Debut (Polearm). It opened Aug 9, 2026 at 12:00 (server time) and ends after 3 Chartered Headhunting banners (counting from [Good Morning from Your Dawnstar]). The 6★ weapons that may appear are: Bedazzling Night Debut (Polearm) / Sundered Prince (Greatsword) / Clannibal (Handcannon) / Valiant (Polearm) / JET (Polearm) / Detonation Unit (Arts Unit) / Thermite Cutter (Sword).

Per the official Arsenal Issue details, each issue gives 10 random weapons including at least one 5★ or better, and a set number of issues rewards the banner's [Arms Offering Crate] or the rate-up 6★ weapon in alternating order.
