Arknights: Endfield has a second game running underneath the combat, and it is about collecting things that make no operator stronger. Portrait frames, profile backgrounds, photo filters, vinyl records, operator snapshots: the vanity systems are broad, and the in-game item descriptions do almost nothing to explain them. Most of these items carry a single templated line of text and stop there.
This guide maps the cosmetic and display side of Endfield using our own item database. Every count below is exact for the version we last synced. Where the data goes quiet, we say so instead of filling the gap.
What counts as a cosmetic in Endfield
The game's own release notes give the cleanest definition. In the [Dreamscape of Wind and Snow] update (2026-09-02), the developer grouped a long list of collectible categories together: [Operator Guide], [Energy Alluvium], [Crisis Fragment], [NPC], [Engraved Medal], [Profile Theme], [Portrait], [Portrait Frame], [Filter], [Sticker], [Consumable], [Material], [Sanity Meds], [Database Entry], [Clue Dossier], [Ornamental], [Vinyl], [Camera Pose], and [Regional Aurylene Submission Phase].
The purely cosmetic slice of that list lives on three screens. The Profile screen holds portraits, portrait frames, and profile themes. The Camera feature holds filters, stickers, and poses. The Reception Room aboard OMV Dijiang holds vinyl records, operator snapshots, and placeable ornamentals. The [Homecoming] chapter notes (2026-07-16) connect the last group together: they added the Phonograph MKV-I to the Reception Room, and the same update made Talosite Exchange hand out [Ornamentals], [Camera Poses], and [Vinyls].
Profile screen cosmetics at a glance
Three cosmetic types sit on the Profile screen, and our data records 91 of them. Add the Camera and Reception Room items and the full cosmetic inventory looks like this:
| Type | Count | Rarities | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Portrait frames | 23 | 2 at 5โ / 21 at 6โ | Shown next to your name across the Profile screen and friend lists. |
| Profile portraits | 45 | 30 at 5โ / 15 at 6โ | The portrait art itself, plus event and battle-pass pieces. |
| Profile themes | 23 | 4 at 5โ / 19 at 6โ | The background art around your profile card. |
| Camera filters | 13 | 8 at 4โ / 5 at 5โ | Color grades for photo mode. |
| Photograph stickers | 27 | 11 at 4โ / 16 at 5โ | Decals you stamp onto a photo. |
| Camera poses | 7 | 7 at 5โ | Operator-specific poses for photo mode. |
| Vinyl records | 14 | 14 at 5โ | Played on the Phonograph MKV-I in the Reception Room. |
| Operator snapshots | 94 | 94 at 5โ | Displayed on the EF02 Slide Projector in the Reception Room. |
| Ornamentals | 8 | 8 at 5โ | Placeable decorations. |
Rarity here is the item's own star rating. It does not change how a cosmetic looks, and the game does not treat a 6★ cosmetic as stronger than a 5★ one.
Portrait frames: all 23
A portrait frame is the border drawn around your profile portrait. It follows you into friend lists and the other places your name appears. Our database carries 23 of them: two from Endfield's own industrial branding and 21 handed out through battle passes, events, and channel rewards.

Where a source is not named in a release note, the source column reflects our reading of the item's internal id prefix (bp for battle pass, activity for events, channel for channel rewards). Treat those as data labels, not official statements.
The battle-pass frames line up with seasons. The first season's frame, portrait, and theme all share the name New Horizons, while later seasons give each cosmetic type its own name. Season 3's frame is Scroll Unfurled, season 5's is Pacification.
Profile portraits: all 45
This is the art that appears beside your name. Thirty of the 45 are plain operator portraits, one per playable operator:
The other 15 are event pieces, battle-pass art, and one gift-pack portrait. The notes name a few of these as event rewards, which is where the source column gets its entries:
| Portrait | Rarity | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Twisty Friendship | 6โ | Event reward |
| Expert Survivor | 6โ | Event reward |
| Expert Cleaner | 6โ | Clean-up mission event reward (2026-03-12) |
| Palm-Top Curio | 6โ | Event reward |
| Fellow Travelers | 6โ | Event reward |
| Festive Companions | 6โ | Event reward |
| Starseeker | 6โ | Event reward |
| Ancient Contract | 6โ | [Contingency Contract: Re-Ignition] event reward (2026-06) |
| Realm Adventurer | 6โ | Event reward |
| New Horizons | 6โ | Battle Pass season 1 |
| Boundary Lung | 6โ | Battle Pass season 2 |
| Cardiac Nexus | 6โ | Battle Pass season 3 |
| Illuminating an Era | 6โ | Battle Pass season 4 |
| Shattering of Reality | 6โ | Battle Pass season 5 |
| ConcertPom | 6โ | Gift pack |
A number of portraits come from events our data does not name, so we list them without a source rather than guess.
Profile themes: all 23
The profile theme is the background art behind your card. Our data splits them into four built-in themes, five battle-pass themes, and 14 operator themes:
| Profile theme | Type |
|---|---|
| New Horizons | Battle Pass season 1 |
| Lingshui Vantage | Battle Pass season 2 |
| Shanshui Painting | Battle Pass season 3 |
| Relic of Viridian Mont | Battle Pass season 4 |
| Fount of Suffering | Battle Pass season 5 |
| The Bastion Never Breached | Operator theme (Ember) |
| Let's Flip the World | Operator theme (Gilberta) |
| Heart of Youth | Operator theme (Lifeng) |
| An Invite to the Melting Fire | Operator theme (Laevatain) |
| Win-Win! | Operator theme (Yvonne) |
| Aspiration | Operator theme (Ardelia) |
| First Rime to Bloom | Operator theme (Last Rite) |
| Supreme Chief's Orders are Supreme | Operator theme (Tangtang) |
| A World at the Tip of the Pen | Operator theme (Rossi) |
| Checkmate | Operator theme (Pogranichnik) |
| Forged and Finalized | Operator theme (Zhuang Fangyi) |
| Toast to Joy | Operator theme (Mifu) |
| Blade Personified | Operator theme (Arcane) |
| Shadowbreak | Operator theme (Camille) |
| Theme: Default | Default / built-in theme |
| Initial Link | Default / built-in theme |
| Protocol Procession | Default / built-in theme |
| Arriving at Wuling | Default / built-in theme |
There is a detail worth flagging, because it is easy to miss. An operator's profile theme shares its exact name with that operator's tier-III snapshot, the third entry in the snapshot table further down. Ardelia's theme is Aspiration and her tier-III snapshot is Aspiration. Pogranichnik's is Checkmate in both places. Camille's is Shadowbreak. We checked all 14 operator themes against their snapshots and every name matches, which suggests the profile theme reuses the snapshot's artwork.
Camera mode: filters, stickers, and poses
Photo mode has three cosmetic layers. Filters set the color grade, with eight standard ones and five special ones:
| Filter | Rarity |
|---|---|
| Bright | 4โ |
| Cool | 4โ |
| Refreshing | 4โ |
| Dark | 4โ |
| Monochrome | 4โ |
| Spring | 4โ |
| Thespian | 4โ |
| Teal and Orange | 4โ |
| Black and Gold | 5โ |
| Warm | 5โ |
| Pale | 5โ |
| Film Stock | 5โ |
| Hues of Hope | 5โ |
Stickers are decals you stamp onto a finished photo. There are 27 in our data, and they lean on events, collaborations, and cross-promotions:
| Sticker | Rarity |
|---|---|
| Endfield | 4โ |
| Round 1 | 4โ |
| The End | 4โ |
| HAS | 4โ |
| Super Pressurized | 4โ |
| Explosion | 4โ |
| UWST | 4โ |
| Engineering Division | 4โ |
| Speechless | 4โ |
| To Be Continued | 4โ |
| K.O. | 4โ |
| Cuisine of Exploration Day | 5โ |
| Wuling Super Chef | 5โ |
| Contingency Contract | 5โ |
| Qiming | 5โ |
| Year 1 Birthday | 5โ |
| Memories | 5โ |
| Mark and Fulfill | 5โ |
| Feranmut Heart | 5โ |
| Sword Stele | 5โ |
| Eternal Peace Over Blighted Seas | 5โ |
| Safety Helmet | 5โ |
| Suppressor | 5โ |
| Alipay | 5โ |
| FIVE TOWERS | 5โ |
| Happy Lemon | 5โ |
| Katsuya | 5โ |
Sticker ids in the data run from mkting_1 to mkting_5 but skip mkting_3, so the collaboration set has a gap. We do not know why.
Camera poses are operator-specific action shots. Only seven exist so far, and the developer notes say more poses were planned, which fits a set this small:
| Pose | Operator |
|---|---|
| Nap on the "Cloud" | Ardelia |
| Imposing Peak | Chen Qianyu |
| Ice Cold Moment | Laevatain |
| Improvised Performance | Lino |
| Always Together | Arcane |
| Not the Usual Smile | Perlica |
| Shield of Civilization | Pogranichnik |
Reception Room: vinyl and the Phonograph MKV-I
The Reception Room aboard OMV Dijiang is where collected items get shown off. One corner holds a Phonograph MKV-I, added in the [Homecoming] update, which plays vinyl records. Our data carries 14 vinyl entries:
| Track | Rarity |
|---|---|
| Soils of Life | 5โ |
| Fort in the Acid Fog | 5โ |
| Echoes in the Rock | 5โ |
| The Planter's Trace | 5โ |
| Surviving Mining | 5โ |
| Pulsing Surge | 5โ |
| To Walk, To Cross | 5โ |
| Blossoms Bring an Old Friend | 5โ |
| Echoes on a Jade Plate | 5โ |
| Drowned in Depth | 5โ |
| Skipping Through Light | 5โ |
| Flow of Eons | 5โ |
| View from the Void Skies | 5โ |
| TEST Music | 5โ |
Test Music is a placeholder record with an empty description, included here for completeness. The other 13 share one line, that they play on the Phonograph MKV-I in the Reception Room aboard Dijiang, so the data gives no per-track detail beyond the title.
Operator snapshots: 94 across the roster
Snapshots are collectible images shown on the EF02 Slide Projector in the Reception Room. Each playable operator has three, and our data records 94 in total. The table groups them by operator and tier:
The 94 breaks down as 31 operator sets at three tiers each (93) plus one bonus Perlica snapshot, The Revelation. The Endministrator appears under three internal ids because of their gender variants, so you will see three Endministrator rows.
Snapshot descriptions in our data name the operator and the snapshot title, then note that it displays on the Slide Projector. The [At the Wake of Spring] notes (2026-04-17) ran a Snapshot: Etchings of Our Cosmic Dreams space-exploration event built around the camera, one of the few times the game ties snapshots to a live event by name.
Ornamentals and Dijiang display items
Ornamentals are placeable decorations. In the [Homecoming] developer notes (2026-07-11), the system got its own management screen and stopped taking up Backpack or Depot capacity. Our data has eight:
| Item | Rarity |
|---|---|
| Tube Professor | 5โ |
| Howlerbeast Playground | 5โ |
| Chubby Lung Balloon | 5โ |
| Chubby Lung Bollard | 5โ |
| Tiger Cage | 5โ |
| Miniature Tree on a Hill | 5โ |
| Sanguine Memories | 5โ |
| Shockingly Delish! | 5โ |
A separate display system uses the Tower of Trails at the Central Ring of Dijiang. These are story and model pieces rather than purchasable decorations:
| Item | Rarity |
|---|---|
| Tianshi Pillar Model | 5โ |
| Deluxe Chubby Lung | 5โ |
| Dichromo-Light | 5โ |
| Companions Figurine | 5โ |
| Mr. Rammu | 5โ |
| Arc 2000 Model | 5โ |
| Champion Drill Crawler | 5โ |
| Bonsai of Life | 5โ |
| Qiming Station Model | 5โ |
The ornamental set also appears in our base-facility guide, which covers how placeables fit into the Facility List. This page treats them as collectibles; that one covers placement.
Where cosmetics come from
The item files do not carry an acquisition field, so the sources we can state come from the game's own release notes. Five routes recur:
- Talosite Exchange (Wuling). Added in [Homecoming], it trades Talosites gathered in Wuling - Yinglung Pass and North Wuling Exclusion Zone for gear templates, ornamentals, camera poses, and vinyl. The 2026-09-02 update refreshed the stock with new personal devices, ornamentals, camera poses, and vinyl.
- Battle Pass. Five tagged sets each ship a portrait, a frame, and a profile theme, which accounts for five of each type.
- Limited-time events. Sign-in, fest, clean-up, and supply events drop portraits, frames, and stickers, and the notes name several of them directly.
- Contingency Contract. The [Secret Sanctuary] exchange and event goals supplied the Ancient Contract portrait, the Contingent Inscription frame, and the Contingency Contract sticker.
- Collaborations and milestones. Marketing stickers follow real-world tie-ins, and the Steam wishlist milestone promised a Special Commemorative Portrait Frame at its final goal.
What our data does not cover
Being straight about the gaps matters more than filling them with assumptions. Our item files give each cosmetic a name, a rarity, and one templated description. They do not include:
- Acquisition details per item. There is no "obtained from" field, so any source not named in a release note stays blank above.
- Prices, exchange costs, or event point thresholds.
- Preview images. You can open each item's page in our database, but the cosmetic art itself lives in the game.
- The Phonograph MKV-I and EF02 Slide Projector as standalone items. Both are referenced in descriptions and notes, but neither exists as its own database entry.
To browse the whole collection, our item database filters by type, and the operator list links each operator's portrait and snapshots together.
